Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

Standard Delivery - $8 (2 to 5 business days in transit)
Next Day Delivery - $25 (1 business day in transit)
Same Day Delivery - $40 (certain TX area: Dallas, Arlington, Fort Worth, Mansfield, Denton, Irving, Plano, Garland, Grand Prairie, and Richardson - order must be place before 11:30 am)

Alaska & Hawaii - $12 (2 to 5 business days in transit)

Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands - $15 (5 - 7 business days in transit)

Signature upon delivery required for orders over $500.

Orders are shipped Mon-Fri excluding holidays. Occasionally in-stock items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. We will make every effort to communicate any shipping delay within 24 hours of your order. If we are having a piece custom made for you, please see your order confirmation for your wait time.

Please note, we ship to PO boxes, but we do not ship to APO, DPO, or FPO boxes. We cannot partially ship orders - all items will arrive in one package per order.

International Shipping:

We ship in partnership with eShopWorld to provide international shipping service to our customers via DHL Express. Make sure to review all details here before placing an international order.

If you are located in the US but shipping internationally, you must select your destination country in the drop down menu on our footer before checking out.

Same Day Shipping:

Same Day Delivery is available Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays for ready to ship items. Orders placed before noon will be delivered by 8pm. Orders placed after noon will be delivered following business day before 8pm. We are not able to accommodate specific delivery time requests.

Your Same Day Delivery fee is nonrefundable and will not be applied to any additional delivery services.

Lost Package:

If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We ask our carrier to require a signature for all items over $500. If you would like to either waive this requirement, or if you would like to ask for a signature for less than $500, please include this information under Special Instructions at checkout. (Since we cannot be responsible for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen, we highly recommend selecting a delivery address that you trust.)
